Today we are pleased to introduce our new partner Lainox, the italian company specialized in designing and manufacturing vertical cooking equipment for professional catering, particularly combination ovens.

Over the years, Lainox has distinguished its products for the quality of its innovations, which has allowed it to become a leading global player in the kitchen equipment market in just a few years.

After many years of experience, Lainox has identified two approaches to catering: traditional and “Commissary Kitchen.”

Unlike traditional catering – in which fresh produce is processed in the same place it is served – in the contemporary kitchen, the product is prepared in a place other than the serving environment.

For this reason, Lainox has designed an integrated range of products: products dedicated to processing and blast chilling fresh produce (such as Naboo) are positioned within the kitchen, while those for rapid cooking (such as Oracle) are dedicated to the serving environment.

This new partnership allows us, in the Marine field, to intervene abord on the entire range of Lainox’s ovens thanks to the expertise of specialized technicians who trained in ovens maintenance and ovens repair with Lainox experts and reached the official certification.
